Hewad Group MWS was established in 2016 at Qader Bakhshi Market, Hotel Parwan. Since its inception, the company has rapidly earned the trust of medical laboratories within its operational region. Its early success is attributed to a strong commitment to service quality, customer-centric operations, and responsive market engagement.

Hewad Group MWS has built a solid reputation as a reliable and trusted wholesale distributor in the Hotel Parwan area. A major internal milestone has been the enhancement of management systems, particularly through the implementation of professional business conduct. These initiatives supported financial accounting, organizational structuring, and efficient task delegation, creating a strong foundation for operational excellence and future scalability.

In December 2024, Hewad Group MWS initiated a comprehensive Business Development Project focused on enhancing core operational functions, including:

To support this transformation, the company engaged a professional business consultancy on a 12-month contract aimed at institutionalizing best practices across departments.

Additionally, Hewad Group MWS has strategically diversified its portfolio by investing in a new product line in Histopathology, positioning the company to serve a broader range of diagnostic needs and deepen its footprint in the medical diagnostics sector.

Operational Capabilities

 

Hewad Group MWS operates a dedicated warehouse facility that adheres strictly to international standards for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) storage and distribution. The warehouse is equipped to maintain optimal temperature control and environmental conditions, ensuring the integrity and quality of all medical and diagnostic products.

Our warehousing practices follow Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), including:

  • Temperature monitoring systems with backup power
  • Segregated storage zones for sensitive and general products
  • FIFO and FEFO inventory management principles
  • Proper labeling, shelving, and hygiene protocols

The company is supported by a professional Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team, responsible for:

  • Procurement – Sourcing high-quality IVD products from national and regional suppliers.
  • Inbound Logistics – Coordinating customs clearance and warehouse intake procedures
  • Inventory Management – Ensuring accurate stock levels and traceability
  • Outbound Logistics – Timely dispatch of products through an organized delivery network

Clients can either visit our office for direct purchases or place remote orders through our customer service and sales teams. Orders are promptly processed and dispatched by our logistics staff, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery to laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers across Afghanistan.
